Photonic Sentry is a start-up that has created the photonic fence, a laser that selectively zaps mosquitoes and other pests, with applications ranging from reducing disease transmission to protecting vulnerable crops. It is currently being tested in Florida to protect orange crops from the devastating Asian citrus psyllid. They are based at the Intellectual Ventures Laboratory in Bellevue, Washington.
I created a logo and website for Photonic Sentry.
Visit the website here.
Photonic Sentry wanted their website to be a creative and attractive showcase for their product. I wanted to create the feel of a 'mad science lab,' since their product is so out-of-this-world. It is radioactive and playful, with vibrant greens, blues, and purples, but still sophisticated.
